Future robots will replace human?

In future will robots replace human?

Humans are already the dominant species on Earth from the decade. But, the question is - will it be possible in the future? Because, reports indicate that there are expected to be 31 million domestic robots in 2019, which is already far higher than the 2.6 million industrial robots projected for the same year.

Jobs involving mortgage origination, paralegal work, accounting and back-office transaction processing can easily be wiped out by automation. That won't mean a decline in employment, but rather a shift in the tasks needed to be done. Any job that involves managing people, applying expertise and social interaction will still be necessary, human performance in those areas can't be matched by a machine. But the impact of robots and automation may be scary to some.

According to a March 2017 report on automation in the workplace by PricewaterhouseCoopers, as many as 30 percent of jobs in the UK, 38 percent of jobs in the US, 35 percent of jobs in Germany, and 21 percent of jobs in Japan are at risk of being replaced by machine-based automation by the early 2030s. So, the robots may not be taking over, but they are taking a significant percentage of jobs. The robots will take over and humans will be the subservient ones. Our machines will outsmart us, and we’ll be relegated to the role of second-class citizens. Robots/computer assisted humans to produce goods and services cheaper / more efficiently than humans alone.  In a capitalist system, robots will win as the companies using technology will dominate in the marketplace as only the most profitable companies survive and grow. The world's capital is flowing towards automation and away from investing in human labor. When the majority of goods and services are produced by machines without human labor then the capitalist model falls completely apart. It will likely take a 100 years or maybe 200 years to completely replace most jobs with technology.

Robots may be good, but they’re not going to be in charge for all places. The reason is simple; any technology system is programmed, it doesn’t think on its own. Even if you have an AI system, it still doesn’t match the complexity of the human brain, at least right now. Humans are the ones using, create as well as adjusting the technology to suit their needs. Humans are also the one to bring in all the necessary solutions that make the process simpler and increase performance in the first place. Human beings may not be perfect in everything but humans are the ones who make machines. Naturally, that makes them more efficient than machines.

Human beings make decisions based on memories of events which have occurred in the past, in other words, they make the decision on the basis of the experiences they have had. Machines are incapable of this quality which makes human beings unique and at the same time superior to them.

In the future, we cannot guarantee that technology won’t be able to think and create with the complexity level of the human’s brain. We will have driverless cars that chauffeur us all around. We will all have robo-bankers. A report by Redwood Software and the Center for Economics and Business Research (CEBR) says surging investment and falling prices will help robotics grow. As of right now, technology is still a production assistant to human.
